Aterno 45cm Polished Steel Sphere Water Feature

A compact mirrored water feature for patios, courtyards and smaller garden spaces.

The Aterno 45cm Polished Steel Sphere is the most compact polished stainless-steel sphere in the Aterno collection. Its 45cm diameter gives it enough presence to create a clear focal point without overwhelming smaller patios, borders or spaces close to seating.

Made from grade 304 stainless steel, the highly polished surface reflects the sky, planting and surrounding garden. Water emerges from the top and flows across the curved surface, softening the reflections and creating a gentle sound of running water.

The feature is completely self-contained. Water continuously recirculates from the reservoir beneath the sphere, so no permanent water supply is required.

The highly polished surface reflects planting, paving, buildings and sky, allowing the appearance of the sphere to change with its surroundings.

02   BURIED RESERVOIR

A cleaner finished installation

The reservoir sits below ground and can be concealed with decorative pebbles, helping the sphere appear to rise directly from the surrounding surface.

03   WATER & LIGHT

Designed for day and evening

Water flows over the curved steel surface while the included white LED illuminates the water from the top of the sphere after dark.

Choose the same 45cm polished sphere with a matching stainless-steel base. The reservoir remains completely above ground, making it particularly suitable for patios, terraces and finished surfaces where excavation is inconvenient.

OUR SIZING TIP

If you are deciding between two sizes and have enough surrounding space, moving up one size will usually produce the stronger finished focal point. The 45cm works particularly well where the viewing distance is short; the 56cm and 75cm become progressively more effective as the garden and viewing distance increase.

Heavy or Bulky Water Features

Delivered kerbside by a specialist pallet courier, with tracking provided after dispatch. Larger items may arrive in a protective wooden crate, which will require a suitable pry bar or similar tool to open.

Return your order within 14 days for a full refund, subject to our returns terms. Please inspect your order on arrival and store it somewhere dry and secure until installation.
