Lunari Rainbow Sandstone 90cm Sphere Water Feature

The flagship 90cm Lunari — an extra-large natural rainbow sandstone sphere created for substantial gardens, architectural landscapes and commercial settings.

At 90cm in diameter, this is the largest sphere in the core Lunari collection and delivers a completely different level of presence from the smaller models. Its simple geometry and substantial natural-stone scale make it particularly effective where the water feature needs to remain visually strong within a large landscape.

Water emerges from the top before flowing across the expansive curved surface. When wet, the sandstone becomes deeper and more defined, revealing the natural stripes, waves and soft rainbow tones that make every individual sphere unique.

The complete system includes a mains-powered recirculating pump, 150-litre underground reservoir, galvanised steel grid, warm white low-voltage LED lighting, transformer and pipework. Water continuously recirculates, so no permanent mains water supply is required.

The 90cm diameter provides an expansive surface for the water to travel across. The flow remains calm and understated, allowing the scale of the sphere and the natural sandstone pattern to create the drama rather than relying on a forceful fountain effect.

NATURAL INDIAN SANDSTONE

Natural pattern on a much larger scale.

With a 90cm sphere, the sandstone itself becomes a major visual element. Natural bands, veining, wave-like markings and changes in tone extend across a broad surface, and water further intensifies those differences.

Individual colour pattern Every sphere has its own distribution of cream, gold, rust and softer rainbow tones.
More visible when wet Water darkens the stone and reveals stronger contrast in its natural banding and markings.
Natural variation expected Differences in colour, markings, veining and surface character are normal characteristics of genuine sandstone.

IN-GROUND INSTALLATION

Conceal the system beneath the flagship sphere.

The 90cm Lunari uses a 90cm diameter × 36cm high, 150-litre underground reservoir, keeping the pump and water storage below the finished landscape.
01 Plan the position Choose a firm, level location with sufficient room for the 90cm reservoir and suitable electrical access for the mains-powered pump.
02 Install the reservoir Excavate for the supplied 90cm diameter × 36cm high, 150-litre reservoir and ensure it is securely supported and level.
03 Fit pump & pipework Position the mains-powered pump inside the reservoir and connect the supplied pipework through the sphere.
04 Position the sphere Carefully place the 90cm sandstone sphere onto the galvanised steel grid and ensure it is stable and level.
05 Add lighting & finish Position the warm white LED and conceal the visible reservoir area with your chosen decorative pebbles.
06 Fill & commission Fill the reservoir and operate the pump to establish the flow across the complete sandstone surface.
