Staffora 1.42m Polished Steel Water Wall & Base

The compact 1.2m Staffora panel with a matching polished steel base — creating a complete 142cm architectural water feature without excavating your patio or garden.

Exclusive to Aqua Moda, the Staffora 1.42m Polished Steel Water Wall & Base combines the same 1.2m architectural panel used on our in-ground Staffora with a completely above-ground reservoir system.

The Grade 304 stainless-steel panel is mirror polished to reflect planting, architecture and changing skies. Water is distributed across the top before cascading down the broad front and rear faces, creating constant movement across the reflective surface.

Instead of burying the reservoir, the heavy-duty plastic pebble pool sits inside a matching polished stainless-steel surround. The 21cm-high base raises the complete installation to approximately 142cm overall while removing the need to excavate below ground.

Place it on the patio without burying a reservoir.

The structural water reservoir remains a heavy-duty plastic pebble pool, but it sits completely above ground inside a polished stainless-steel surround. This creates a strong and practical reservoir system while maintaining the premium appearance of the Staffora from the outside.

THE STAFFORA WATER EFFECT

Water flows across both broad polished faces.

The supplied 3000LPH pump carries water internally to the top of the panel before it travels down the front and rear surfaces and returns to the concealed reservoir within the base.

A simpler route to the Staffora look.

Position the complete feature on a firm, level and suitably load-bearing surface. The reservoir sits inside its polished surround rather than beneath the ground.

01 Choose the position Select a firm, completely level and suitably load-bearing surface.

02 Position the reservoir Install the heavy-duty plastic pebble pool securely inside the polished stainless-steel surround.

03 Install the pump Place the supplied 3000LPH pump inside the reservoir and connect it to the Staffora panel.

04 Fit panel & lid Secure the reservoir lid before positioning and fixing the 1.2m polished panel.

05 Add the uplight Position the multicolour LED at the foot of the panel so it shines upwards across the water.

06 Finish with pebbles Add decorative pebbles over the visible reservoir lid if desired for a softer finished appearance.

Ideal where excavation is difficult, undesirable or unnecessary.

The above-ground format makes this Staffora particularly useful for completed patios and terraces where installing a buried reservoir would involve unnecessary disruption.

Firm, level and reasonably sheltered is ideal.

The Staffora needs a suitably strong and level surface. As with any vertical water wall, very exposed or windy positions can move droplets away from the panel, so consider shelter and surrounding finishes when choosing the final location.

Consider wind exposure Walls, fences, planting and courtyards can help reduce direct wind across the water wall.

WATER BY DAY / ILLUMINATED AFTER DARK

Reflection and movement continue into the evening.

During daylight, water travelling down the broad polished faces continually changes the reflections across the stainless steel. After dark, the supplied multicolour LED uplight shines upwards from the base and emphasises the height of the panel.

ENGINEERED & HAND-FINISHED

Characteristics of a fabricated stainless-steel feature.

Staffora is an engineered metal water feature assembled and finished by hand. Minor weld marks, slight creases or small surface variations can occasionally occur as part of the fabrication process. These characteristics generally become considerably less noticeable once water is flowing across the polished surface and do not affect the operation or expected lifespan of the feature.

COMPLETE THE LOOK

Add decorative pebbles around the panel.

Pebbles can be placed over the heavy-duty reservoir lid inside the polished base, softening the transition between the water wall and reservoir while allowing you to coordinate the feature with surrounding paving and planting.
