Tissino Corten Steel 1.5m Pyramid Water Feature

A 1.5-metre architectural pyramid combining strong tapered geometry with the warm, changing character of genuine Corten weathering steel.

The Tissino Corten 1.5m uses the same distinctive pyramid proportions as the polished-steel model but creates a completely different relationship with the garden. Instead of reflection, the Corten surface introduces warm weathered tones and a more tactile architectural finish.

Water travels across the angled steel surfaces, darkening and enriching the appearance of the Corten as it flows. The tapered 40cm square form rises to 150cm, giving the feature substantial vertical presence without requiring a wide footprint.

The working reservoir is installed below ground so the pyramid remains visually clean within the finished landscape. Integrated LED lighting adds another layer after dark, while the recirculating system requires no permanent mains water supply.

Corten gives the Tissino pyramid a warmer visual relationship with planting, timber, stone and natural landscaping while preserving the collection's clean architectural shape.

Water temporarily deepens the appearance of the Corten, making the moving areas visually distinct from the drier surface.

THE TISSINO WATER EFFECT

Water adds movement to the weathered surface.

Water moves from the upper section across the tapered Corten faces before returning to the reservoir below. The flow darkens the steel as it passes, creating changing tonal contrast across the warm weathered finish.

GENUINE CORTEN WEATHERING STEEL

A finish designed to change outdoors.

Corten is selected specifically for its weathered surface character. The finish develops naturally outdoors, creating varied rust, orange and deeper brown tones rather than the uniform appearance of painted metal.

CORTEN INSTALLATION NOTE

Weathering steel can release rust-coloured runoff while its surface develops. Consider surrounding paving and finishes when selecting the final position, particularly where staining would be undesirable.

IN-GROUND INSTALLATION

Keep the reservoir below the finished surface.

Burying the water reservoir allows the Corten pyramid to appear to rise directly from decorative pebbles, gravel or surrounding hard landscaping.

02Install the reservoirExcavate and level the underground reservoir before positioning the pyramid.
03Fit pump & pipeworkConnect the recirculating pump and water feed to the Tissino.
04Position the pyramidEnsure the 1.5m feature is vertical, stable and correctly aligned.
05Connect the LEDConnect the supplied lighting before completing the surrounding decorative finish.
06Fill & commissionFill the reservoir and establish the desired flow across the Corten surfaces.

Delivered kerbside by a specialist pallet courier, with tracking provided after dispatch. Larger items may arrive in a protective wooden crate, which will require a suitable pry bar or similar tool to open.
