The Solar Aterno Piccolo Polished Steel Sphere Trio Water Feature brings three of Aqua Moda’s signature polished stainless steel spheres together in one considered arrangement. The graduated 45cm, 56cm and 75cm diameters create a natural sense of scale, with each sphere reflecting the garden from a different height and angle.

Water travels over the mirror-polished grade 304 stainless steel surfaces, creating movement, changing reflections and the gentle sound of running water. Arrange the spheres as a close-knit cluster and finish the surrounding area with one continuous decorative pebble bed for a beautifully unified appearance.

Each sphere is powered by its own 800LPH solar pump kit, with a dedicated 8W solar panel, rechargeable battery control unit and six-LED uplight. Three independent systems give you the freedom to create a striking trio without running a mains electrical supply to the feature.

The feature is supplied as three independently operating sphere kits. The shared pebble display is created during installation, not by connecting the reservoirs together.

Flexible, considered installation

Each sphere has its own reservoir, pump and light, while a continuous decorative pebble finish brings the trio together visually.

INSTALLATION & POSITIONING

Designed to look like one considered installation.

Position the three spheres close together in a gentle triangular arrangement, with the 75cm sphere providing the main visual anchor and the 45cm and 56cm spheres stepping down beside it. Conceal the three reservoirs beneath one continuous decorative pebble area for a cohesive, premium finish.

Three reservoirs, one display

Install each 52 × 22cm pebble pool below finished ground level. Position the spheres as a balanced cluster, then finish the surrounding area as a single continuous pebble bed.

Self-contained circulation

Each independent pump draws water from its own reservoir and returns it to the top of its sphere. No permanent water connection or shared plumbing circuit is required.

SOLAR POWER & LIGHTING

Independent solar power for each sphere.

Every sphere uses the same 800LPH solar kit, giving you three pumps, three panels, three rechargeable battery systems and three separate LED uplights.

01   PUMP PERFORMANCE

800LPH per sphere

Variable-flow brushless pumps; up to 2m maximum lift, with actual output reducing as pumping height increases.

02   SOLAR & BATTERY

Three 8W solar panels

Each panel charges a dedicated battery control unit. Constant-use and timer modes offer flexibility across the trio.

03   EVENING AMBIENCE

Three six-LED uplights

Position the separate uplights to illuminate the flowing water and polished steel surfaces after dark, subject to battery charge.

Solar performance: Each 800LPH kit is rated for up to approximately four hours of operation from a fully charged battery, depending on flow settings, light use, weather and battery condition. The three systems charge and operate independently and may not run for identical periods. Maximum pump flow is measured under ideal conditions; confirm the desired water coverage on the 75cm sphere during installation. Decorative pebbles and surrounding landscaping materials are available separately.
ALTERNATIVE POWER OPTION

Prefer predictable mains operation?

Choose the mains-powered Piccolo for three independent pumps with 10m power cables and white LED lighting, particularly useful where regular operation is important.

Our sizing advice: Allow for the overall width of the three-sphere arrangement, access to each buried reservoir and the viewing distance, rather than considering individual sphere diameters alone.
