Solar Rosara Corten Steel 80cm Bowl Fountain

A substantial 80cm Corten steel bowl with a gentle bubbling water effect, powered by our 800LPH solar and rechargeable battery system.

Exclusive to Aqua Moda, the Solar Rosara 80cm Corten Steel Bowl combines the broad, low-profile form of the Rosara collection with the freedom of solar power.

Water rises gently through the centre of the shallow bowl before moving across its surface and returning to the concealed reservoir below. The same water is continuously recirculated, so no permanent water supply is required.

With no mains electrical connection required, the Rosara can be positioned further into the garden without running an outdoor power cable to the feature. The rechargeable battery stores energy generated by the solar panel and helps maintain operation when sunlight becomes intermittent.

Choose the mains-powered Rosara when dependable operation irrespective of available sunlight or battery charge is more important than positioning flexibility.

IMPORTANT — SOLAR PERFORMANCE

Solar performance naturally varies with sunlight, season, weather conditions and the level of charge stored in the battery. Position the solar panel where it can receive as much unobstructed direct sunlight as practical throughout the day.

GENUINE WEATHERING STEEL

A finish designed to mature outdoors.

Rosara is manufactured from genuine Corten steel. Your bowl may initially show silver, grey or differently weathered areas as its protective patina develops. Exposure to the elements gradually creates the richer rust, orange and brown tones associated with mature Corten.

Pre-weathered finish Warm Corten colouring is already developing when the feature arrives.

Continues to change Variation in tone and texture is a natural characteristic of genuine weathering steel.

Consider pale paving Rust-coloured water or residue can occur during weathering and may mark porous or light-coloured surfaces.

IN-GROUND INSTALLATION

Conceal the reservoir beneath the landscape.

Bury the supplied 90cm pebble pool below ground and position the solar panel separately in a sunny location, leaving the Corten bowl and decorative stone as the principal focal point.

01 Prepare the position Create a suitable hole large enough for the supplied 90cm reservoir.

02 Install the reservoir Position it securely with the upper lip sitting slightly above the surrounding soil level.

03 Connect the pump Position the solar pump inside the reservoir and connect the hose to the underside of the Rosara bowl.

04 Fit the support grid Secure the heavy-duty grid above the reservoir and position the bowl centrally.

05 Position the solar panel Place the panel in an open position with good exposure to direct sunlight and connect the battery and control system.

06 Fill & enjoy Fill the reservoir and switch on the solar system to begin recirculating water through the Rosara.

OPTIONAL ABOVE-GROUND INSTALLATION

Solar power and no excavation required.

Add the optional matching 90cm Corten steel reservoir wrap to conceal the pebble pool above ground. This creates a particularly flexible Rosara installation for patios and finished surfaces because neither excavation nor a mains electrical supply at the feature is required.
