AQUA MODA SERIO METALLO / POLISHED STEEL + CORTEN
A coordinated two-piece water feature combining a 1.2m polished Grade 304 steel Serio C-shaped wall with a contrasting 70cm Corten Caldera column.
The Serio Metallo 1.2m brings together two of Aqua Moda's most distinctive metal finishes within one balanced garden composition. The polished Serio provides the main architectural height, while the lower Corten column adds warmth, solidity and a contrasting second focal point.
At 120cm high, the C-shaped Serio creates the dominant vertical line. The 70cm Caldera column sits 50cm lower, producing a deliberately stepped arrangement that gives the installation greater depth without becoming overpowering in a medium-sized garden.
The contrast between the two materials is central to the design. Polished Grade 304 steel has a clean, sleek contemporary appearance, while the Corten column provides the rawer natural character associated with weathered steel. Used together, the two finishes create a stronger visual relationship than either feature used alone.
The complete feature is mains powered and fully self-contained. Water continuously recirculates through the system, while the supplied 60cm pebble-pool reservoir sits below the finished surface so no permanent mains water supply is required.
