Serio Granito Steel C & Granite Column 1.2m Water Feature

A coordinated two-piece water feature combining a 1.2m polished Grade 304 stainless-steel Serio with a 70cm grey granite Caldera column.

The Serio Granito 1.2m brings together the clean architectural lines of the Serio C-shaped water wall with the weight and texture of a natural-looking grey granite column, creating a balanced composition at a scale particularly suited to residential gardens.

The 120cm Serio provides the main vertical element, while the 70cm Caldera creates a lower secondary focal point alongside it. The 50cm difference in height gives the arrangement a naturally stepped appearance, adding depth without allowing either element to feel disconnected from the other.

Material contrast is central to the design. The polished Grade 304 stainless steel creates a sleek contemporary surface, while the grey granite introduces a more substantial stone texture. Together they work particularly well in gardens combining modern paving, structured planting and natural materials.

The complete feature is mains powered and fully self-contained. Water continuously recirculates through the system, while the supplied 60cm pebble-pool reservoir is installed below the finished surface so no permanent mains water supply is required.

A more compact way to create a layered Serio installation.

The 1.2m Granito uses the same principle as the larger Serio compositions — different heights and contrasting materials — but in proportions that are easier to integrate into medium-sized gardens and patios.

THE SERIO GRANITO EFFECT

Vertical steel and a lower granite feature working together.

The Serio creates the main vertical water feature while the granite column introduces a second point of moving water at a lower level. The two forms are deliberately different, creating more interest than simply repeating the same feature twice.

POLISHED GRADE 304 STEEL   /   GREY GRANITE

Contrast between a clean reflective surface and substantial stone.

Serio Granito is designed around the relationship between two very different materials. The steel element gives the feature its crisp contemporary side, while the granite provides texture, solidity and a more natural visual character.

Polished Grade 304 stainless steel The 1.2m Serio has the clean, bright finish associated with polished stainless steel, providing a strong contrast against the darker and more textured stone companion.
Grey granite column The 70cm Caldera introduces the appearance and weight of grey granite, giving the composition a visually grounded second element beside the slender C-shaped wall.

120CM + 70CM

Proportioned for patios, borders and medium-sized gardens.

The 1.2m Granito is particularly useful where a two-piece architectural feature is desirable but the larger 1.5m combinations would dominate the available space.

120cm primary height Tall enough to create a clear focal point while remaining more approachable in scale than the 1.5m Serio.
70cm secondary height Creates a noticeable second level without reducing the dominance of the main C-shaped wall.
50cm height difference Produces a clear stepped arrangement that helps both elements read as part of the same installation.

POSITIONING THE COMPOSITION

Avoid simply placing the two features in a straight line.

Use the 1.2m Serio as the main vertical anchor, then position the 70cm granite column slightly forward or offset according to your primary viewing angle. This creates greater depth and allows the difference in form and height to become part of the design.

IN-GROUND INSTALLATION

Keep the water system beneath the landscape.

The supplied 60cm pebble-pool reservoir is concealed below the finished surface, leaving the polished Serio, grey granite column and decorative finish visible above.
01 Plan the complete layout Position both features temporarily to establish the best relationship from the main viewing angle.
02 Prepare the reservoir area Excavate a suitable position for the supplied 60cm diameter pebble-pool base.
03 Install the water system Position the suitable pump and connect the required water feeds to the feature arrangement.
04 Position the 1.2m Serio Ensure the C-shaped wall is stable, vertical and correctly positioned as the dominant element.
05 Position the 70cm column Place the granite feature alongside or slightly forward of the Serio to create the desired layered effect.
06 Finish & commission Cover the reservoir area with decorative pebbles, fill the system and establish the required water circulation.
