Solar Lunari Rainbow Sandstone 40cm Sphere Water Feature

A compact 40cm natural rainbow sandstone sphere powered by an 800LPH solar pump with battery backup and LED lighting included as standard.

The Solar Lunari 40cm Sphere combines the most compact size in the core Lunari range with a complete solar-powered recirculating system, making it particularly well suited to smaller gardens, courtyards, patios and positions away from a convenient outdoor socket.

Water emerges gently from the top before travelling over the curved sandstone surface. As the stone becomes wet, its natural bands and wave-like markings become richer and more visible, revealing the individual creams, golds, rusts and softer rainbow tones within each sphere.

The 800LPH solar pump includes battery backup and LED lighting as standard. Water continuously recirculates from the concealed 90-litre reservoir, so no permanent mains water supply or mains electrical connection at the feature is required.

The 40cm Solar Lunari combines the easiest-to-place sphere size with a complete solar, battery and LED system, making it particularly useful for smaller garden spaces and positions further away from the house.

Position the Lunari where it works visually within the garden.

The solar system allows the sandstone sphere to sit away from a mains electrical supply. Position the panel separately in a suitable sunny location while the Lunari remains the visual focal point, with integrated LED lighting adding another dimension after dark.

800LPH solar pump Provides the recirculating flow required to move water gently over the 40cm sandstone sphere.
Solar panel Generates electricity during suitable daylight conditions to operate the system and charge the battery.
Battery backup Stores solar-generated energy and provides additional operating flexibility when available sunlight changes.

Choose the power source that best suits the position.

Both versions use the same compact 40cm natural sandstone form. The choice comes down to whether flexible positioning or completely consistent electrical power is more important.

IMPORTANT — SOLAR PERFORMANCE

Solar performance varies according to sunlight, weather, season and battery charge. Position the solar panel where it can receive as much unobstructed direct sunlight as practical.

NATURAL INDIAN SANDSTONE

Every Solar Lunari has its own pattern.

Rainbow sandstone contains naturally occurring differences in banding, wave-like markings and colour. Water darkens the surface and makes those individual characteristics more pronounced.

Individual markings No two spheres have exactly the same arrangement of bands, waves and natural stone detail.
Enhanced when wet Water intensifies the sandstone and reveals stronger contrast between the different natural tones.
Natural variation expected Differences in colour, veining, markings and surface character are part of genuine sandstone.

IN-GROUND INSTALLATION

Hide the reservoir beneath the garden.

The supplied 66cm × 40cm reservoir sits below ground, leaving the 40cm natural sandstone sphere and decorative finish as the main visible elements.
01 Choose the position Select a firm, level position for the sphere and identify a nearby location with good sunlight for the solar panel.
02 Install the reservoir Excavate a suitable hole for the supplied 66cm diameter × 40cm high, 90-litre reservoir.
03 Fit pump & pipework Position the 800LPH solar pump inside the reservoir and connect the supplied pipework to the sphere.
04 Position the sphere Place the 40cm Lunari securely on the galvanised steel grid and ensure the sphere is stable and level.
05 Connect solar panel & LED Position the solar panel where it receives good direct sunlight and connect the battery and LED lighting supplied with the solar pump system.
06 Fill & enjoy Add decorative pebbles, fill the reservoir and operate the system to begin recirculating water over the sandstone.

Delivered kerbside by a specialist pallet courier, with tracking provided after dispatch. Larger items may arrive in a protective wooden crate, which will require a suitable pry bar or similar tool to open.
