Serio Doppio C Shaped Duo Water Feature
A coordinated duo combining a 1.5m Corten Serio with a 1.2m polished Grade 304 stainless-steel Serio to create a larger, layered architectural water feature.
The Serio Doppio takes the signature Aqua Moda C-shaped water wall and uses it twice at different heights and in contrasting finishes. The taller 1.5m Corten feature provides the main vertical anchor, while the 1.2m polished-steel Serio creates a second reflective water wall alongside it.
Rather than combining two unrelated shapes, Doppio repeats the same 40cm wide × 20cm deep C-shaped form. This gives the pair a strong visual connection, while the 30cm difference in height prevents the composition from appearing overly symmetrical.
The contrast in finish is equally important. One Serio has the sleek, bright character of polished Grade 304 stainless steel, while the other introduces the warmer rusted appearance of naturally weathered Corten. Water cascades down both curved features, allowing the two materials to respond very differently when running.
Both features are fully self-contained. Water returns into the supplied pebble-pool reservoir system before being pumped back to the top, so the installation continuously recirculates its own water without requiring a permanent mains water supply.
