Description

AQUA MODA SERIO   /   POLISHED STEEL C-SHAPE

Serio Polished Steel 1.2m C Shaped Water Feature

A 1.2-metre architectural water wall combining a distinctive curved C-shaped profile with polished Grade 304 stainless steel and a cascading water effect.

Exclusive to Aqua Moda, the Serio takes the familiar idea of a water wall and gives it a much more sculptural form. Measuring 120cm high, 40cm wide and 20cm deep, the tall C-shaped design creates strong vertical impact without requiring the width of a conventional flat water wall.

Water is pumped to the upper section of the feature before cascading down over the curved polished-steel surface. The combination of flowing water and the smooth Grade 304 stainless-steel finish creates a clean contemporary effect suited to modern patios, landscaped borders and other outdoor spaces.

As a standalone installation, Serio operates as a fully self-contained feature. Water falls back into the supplied pebble-pool reservoir before being pumped to the top again, creating a continuous recirculating system without the need for a permanent mains water supply.

The design can also be positioned within a suitable pond, giving Serio additional flexibility where an existing body of water is already part of the garden layout.

ARCHITECTURAL FORM   /   COMPACT FOOTPRINT

A water wall designed to be seen as a sculpture as well as a fountain.

Serio's shape gives it a stronger three-dimensional presence than a simple flat water panel, while the narrow proportions make it relatively easy to position within contemporary garden layouts.

01   C-SHAPED FORM

Distinctive from a conventional wall

The curved profile gives the feature a recognisable silhouette when viewed from the front or side.

02   1.2M HIGH

Strong vertical presence

At 120cm high, Serio creates a substantial focal point while remaining more compact than the larger 1.5m model.

03   POLISHED STEEL

Clean contemporary finish

Grade 304 stainless steel gives the feature its sleek appearance and provides a strong surface for the cascading water effect.

THE SERIO WATER EFFECT

Water cascading over a tall curved steel surface.

The defining feature of Serio is the relationship between its curved C-shaped body and the water moving across it. Water is returned to the top of the feature and cascades down towards the reservoir below, creating a strong vertical area of movement.

Top-fed cascade Water is pumped back to the upper section before travelling down the curved feature.
Polished surface The smooth Grade 304 steel provides a clean backdrop for the cascading water.
Recirculating operation Water returns to the reservoir and is pumped back through the feature rather than being continually replaced.

WHY THE C-SHAPE WORKS

Height without the visual bulk of a wide rectangular water wall.

Serio measures only 40cm wide and 20cm deep, yet rises to 120cm. Those proportions allow the feature to create a strong vertical focal point while using comparatively little ground space.

40cm wide Keeps the feature narrow enough for patios, borders and positions where a wide wall would feel too dominant.
20cm deep Maintains a slim profile while still giving the C-shape a clearly sculptural side view.
120cm high Provides enough vertical scale to remain clearly visible amongst surrounding planting and hard landscaping.

GRADE 304 STAINLESS STEEL

A polished finish for contemporary outdoor spaces.

Serio is manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel with a polished finish. The smooth metal surface reinforces the feature's clean architectural shape and works particularly well with contemporary paving, modern planting schemes and other structured garden materials.

OPTION 01   /   SELF-CONTAINED

Install with the supplied pebble pool.

For a conventional garden installation, the 60cm diameter pebble-pool reservoir collects the cascading water before the pump returns it to the top of the Serio. The reservoir can be concealed beneath decorative stone to keep attention on the feature itself.

OPTION 02   /   POND INSTALLATION

Use Serio as a focal point within a pond.

The feature can also be positioned in a suitable pond, allowing the tall polished C-shape and cascading water to become part of an existing pond or water-garden design.

SELF-CONTAINED INSTALLATION

Hide the reservoir beneath the finished garden surface.

When installed with the supplied pebble pool, the water-storage and pumping system can remain discreet while the 1.2m steel feature stays visually dominant.
01 Choose the position Select a suitable level location where the 1.2m Serio can be viewed clearly.
02 Prepare the pebble pool Position the supplied 60cm diameter reservoir securely and level.
03 Install the pump Position the suitable water pump so water can be returned to the top of the feature.
04 Position the Serio Install the C-shaped wall securely and ensure the 1.2m feature is upright.
05 Add the decorative finish Conceal the pebble-pool base and lid with suitable decorative stone if required.
06 Fill & run Fill the reservoir and start the pump so water begins recirculating through the feature.

COMPLETE WATER FEATURE KIT

The principal components supplied together.

The standard Serio package includes the feature, pump and pebble-pool reservoir components needed to create a self-contained garden installation.

Suitable Water Pump Provides the circulation required to return water to the top of the feature.
