Easy to set up, install and maintain this is the ultimate indoor feature combining sophistication and relaxation.
This is a hand engineered product, whilst we do our utmost to produce a completely seamless product, it is possible weld marks, creases and small imperfections may occur. These are difficult to see by the naked eye, unnoticeable when in operation and do not affect the operation, impact or lifespan of the water feature.

Water Features (Under 30kg):
Your order will be delivered to your door via DPD Local’s next-day service. You’ll receive a text/email with a delivery time slot and options to redirect the parcel, such as to a neighbour or a safe place.
Heavy or Bulky Water Features:
Your order will be delivered to the kerbside via a third-party pallet service, with a scheduled time slot and online tracking. Heavier items will be packed in a crate, requiring a steel leverage bar to open.
Return in 14 days for full refund:
Your order is not packaged for outdoor storage. Please inspect for damage upon arrival and bring it indoors for storage. For orders over £50, delivery is included, with an estimated arrival time of 1-7 days.
