Aegean Urn Ceramic Fountain

A large glazed ceramic fountain combining the classical proportions of a handled urn with a rich, contemporary dark blue mottled finish.

Standing approximately 73cm high and 58cm across, the Aegean has a taller, more sculptural profile than the broad pot designs within the Aqua Moda Ceramic collection.

Its rounded body, narrowed neck and decorative side handles give the fountain the character of a traditional garden urn, while the deep mottled blue glaze brings the design firmly into a more contemporary setting.

Water bubbles gently from the top before spilling over the rim and travelling down the glazed ceramic exterior, returning to the concealed reservoir beneath.

The Aegean is supplied with a heavy-duty water reservoir and support grid, allowing the functional water system to disappear below the finished surface.

Prepare

Choose a firm, level location with access to a suitable outdoor electrical supply.

Excavate

Prepare a suitable opening for the supplied heavy-duty reservoir.

Position

Install the reservoir securely and level beneath the finished garden surface.

Install the pump

Position the supplied mains-powered pump inside the reservoir and connect the required plumbing.

Fit the grid

Position the heavy-duty support grid securely over the reservoir.

Position the Aegean

Carefully position the ceramic urn centrally over the supported area.

Finish

Conceal the visible grid with your chosen decorative finish while retaining suitable access for maintenance.

Fill & enjoy

Fill the reservoir and switch on the pump. Water flows over the urn before returning to the concealed reservoir below.

No permanent water supply required The system continuously recirculates the same water. Simply top up the reservoir periodically to replace water naturally lost through evaporation and splash.
