Delivered directly to your door by DPD Local. You’ll receive a text or email with your estimated delivery time and options to redirect your parcel to a neighbour or safe place.
Heavy or Bulky Water Features
Delivered kerbside by a specialist pallet courier, with tracking provided after dispatch. Larger items may arrive in a protective wooden crate, which will require a suitable pry bar or similar tool to open.
14-Day Returns
Return your order within 14 days for a full refund, subject to our returns terms. Please inspect your order on arrival and store it somewhere dry and secure until installation.
