BOOK A CONSULTATIONA compact hand-carved granite bowl with cool grey and white mineral tones, a smooth water surface and the understated character of genuine natural stone.
Measuring approximately 45cm across and 15cm high, the Grey Granite Rosara creates a calm natural focal point without overwhelming the surrounding garden.
Water bubbles gently from the centre before spreading across the smooth interior and spilling naturally over the edge. The grey speckled granite becomes darker and more defined when wet, revealing more of the individual mineral detail within the stone.
Its cool, neutral colouring works particularly well alongside contemporary paving, decorative gravel, steel edging and restrained planting schemes.
The Grey Granite Rosara has a quieter colour palette than pink granite or rainbow sandstone, making it particularly easy to integrate into contemporary and neutral garden schemes.
Natural speckling gives the granite depth and interest without introducing strong colour into the surrounding landscape.
Ideal for patios, courtyards and borders where a larger natural stone fountain could become too visually dominant.
Each bowl is carved from natural granite, so colour, markings and mineral patterning vary subtly from one piece to another.
Water rises gently through the centre of the bowl before spreading across the smooth granite interior.
Once it reaches the perimeter, the water spills quietly over the edge and disappears beneath the decorative finish into the reservoir below.
The result is a low, tranquil water effect that works particularly well near seating areas and within planting-led garden designs.
Grey granite contains naturally occurring minerals that create subtle variations in grey, white and darker speckled tones across the stone.
The smooth interior of the Rosara provides a cleaner surface for the moving water, while the more natural exterior retains the tactile character of the original stone.
Once wet, the granite becomes darker and the contrast between individual mineral flecks becomes more noticeable, bringing additional depth to the stone.
Exact colour, speckling, natural markings, edge profile and subtle dimensional variations will differ between individual bowls. These differences are part of choosing a genuine natural stone water feature.
At approximately 45cm across, the Grey Granite Rosara has enough scale to read as a deliberate focal point while remaining suitable for more compact outdoor spaces.
Its neutral colouring means it can sit quietly within planting or provide a simple contrast against lighter paving and decorative gravel.
The circular bowl form allows the feature to be appreciated from every direction, making positioning particularly flexible.
The supplied 67cm diameter heavy-duty pebble pool is designed to sit below ground, leaving only the natural granite bowl and your chosen decorative finish visible.
Choose a firm, level position with access to a suitable outdoor electrical supply.
Prepare a suitable opening for the supplied 67cm diameter heavy-duty pebble pool.
Install the pebble pool securely and level beneath the finished garden surface.
Position the supplied low-voltage pump inside the reservoir and connect the water pipe to the pre-drilled granite bowl.
Position the supplied heavy-duty support grid securely over the pebble pool.
Carefully centre the grey granite bowl over the supported section of the grid.
Cover the visible grid with decorative pebbles while retaining suitable access for future pump maintenance.
Fill the pebble pool and switch on the pump. Water continuously circulates through the bowl before returning through the grid.
Decorative pebbles are available separately, allowing you to conceal the pebble pool and support grid and coordinate the finished installation with paving, gravel or surrounding planting.
The stone displays softer grey and white mineral tones with natural speckling visible across the surface.
Water darkens the granite and increases the contrast between individual mineral flecks, creating a richer and more defined finish.
Choose grey granite for a cooler, more neutral appearance that works particularly well with contemporary paving, gravel and restrained planting schemes.
Choose pink granite if you prefer warmer natural colour and more visible pink, grey and white crystalline variation within the stone.
