Rosara Grey Granite Bird Bath Water Feature

A raised natural stone fountain combining a 45cm grey granite babbling bowl with a sculptural 40cm granite twist.

Standing approximately 55cm high overall, this Rosara lifts the moving water above ground level and gives the familiar babbling bowl a more visible, sculptural presence within the garden.

Water rises gently through the centre of the bowl before spreading across the shallow granite surface and flowing over the edge. The raised bowl can also provide an accessible water surface for visiting garden birds.

Grey and white minerals run naturally through the granite, creating a cool speckled finish across both the bowl and twist. Once wet, these tones deepen and the mineral pattern becomes more pronounced.

Rather than positioning the bowl directly above the pebble pool, this design uses a 40cm carved granite twist to lift the water into a more prominent position.

Genuine grey granite

Cool grey and white mineral tones throughout the stone.

Both the bowl and supporting twist are made from genuine natural granite, giving the complete feature a consistent material character.

The stone contains naturally occurring grey, white and darker mineral flecks that produce its distinctive speckled appearance.

When wet, the overall granite becomes darker and the contrast between individual mineral tones becomes stronger, helping the moving water reveal more of the natural stone detail.

Every granite feature is individual

Exact colour, speckling, markings, shape and subtle dimensions will vary between individual pieces. These natural differences are part of the appeal of genuine stone rather than a defect.

Concealed in-ground installation

Hide the working parts beneath the finished garden.

The supplied 66cm heavy-duty pebble pool and grid sit beneath the finished surface, leaving the grey granite twist, bowl and your chosen decorative finish visible.

Prepare

Choose a firm, level position with access to a suitable outdoor electrical supply.

Excavate

Prepare a suitable opening for the supplied 66cm diameter heavy-duty pebble pool.

Position

Install the reservoir securely and level beneath the finished garden surface.

Install the pump

Position the supplied pump inside the reservoir and route the water connection through the granite twist to the bowl above.

Fit the grid

Position the supplied heavy-duty support grid securely over the pebble pool.

Position the feature

Carefully position the granite twist and bowl centrally over the supported area.

Finish

Conceal the visible grid with decorative pebbles while retaining suitable access to the pump for maintenance.

Fill & enjoy

Fill the reservoir and switch on the pump. Water bubbles into the bowl and continuously returns to the pool below.

No permanent water supply required The Rosara uses a fully self-contained recirculating water system. Simply top up the reservoir periodically to replace water naturally lost through evaporation and splash.
