200LPH Solar Water Feature Pump Kit with Battery & LED Light

A versatile solar-and-battery fountain pump for bird baths, ponds and smaller patio water features. Unlike basic direct-solar pumps that stop whenever the sun disappears, this intelligent system combines solar power with a rechargeable lithium battery to keep the water flowing through changing weather.

Choose between an automatic 3-hour daily timer or continuous running mode. Set the timer once and the pump will repeat the same 3-hour programme each day — ideal if you want your fountain running at a particular time without switching it on manually.

A separate LED light ring is also included. When the pump is activated, the light automatically switches on after dark to illuminate the water without requiring a separate lighting timer.

During prolonged periods of poor weather, the rechargeable battery can be topped up indoors using the supplied UK mains charger.

This system is different. The solar panel works together with a rechargeable lithium battery, allowing stored energy to keep the pump running when sunlight levels reduce.

During extended periods of poor weather, the battery can also be topped up indoors using the supplied UK mains charger — particularly useful through the changeable British spring and summer.

Automatic Daily Timer or Continuous Running

Choose the operating mode that best suits how you use your fountain:

3-Hour Daily Timer: Switch the pump on at the time you want it to run. It operates for 3 hours and then automatically repeats the programme each day.
Continuous Running: Keep the pump operating continuously while sufficient solar or battery power is available.
Low Battery Warning: The controller lets you know when the rechargeable battery needs additional charging.

Running time in continuous mode will vary depending on sunlight, season, battery charge and use of the LED light.

Automatic LED Lighting After Dark

The supplied LED ring sits around the fountain outlet to illuminate the water after dark.

There is no separate lighting timer to set. As long as the pump system is activated, the LED automatically switches on when it becomes dark and remains off during daylight.

This means the same fountain that provides movement during the day becomes an illuminated garden feature in the evening.

Dry-Run Protection

The pump includes automatic protection designed to help prevent damage if the water level becomes too low.

This is particularly useful in smaller bird baths and shallow reservoirs where water levels can fall more quickly during warm weather through evaporation and splashing.

The pump and LED are rated IP68 for submerged use, while the solar panel and battery control box are rated IP44 for outdoor use.

Simple Solar Installation

No permanent mains electrical supply is required beside your pond or water feature. The separate solar panel can be positioned where it receives the best sunlight while the pump remains submerged in the water.

How to Set Up

1. Position the Pump: Place the pump fully submerged in your pond, bird bath or water feature reservoir.
