About The Project
Opened in the early 2000's by Queen Elizabeth II, GCHQ is the UK Intelligence HQ that cost around £337 million to construct. The 40-acre site brought together two workforces into one central location in a state-of-the-art building, nicknamed "The Doughnut" due to it's open circular shape that can be seen from an aerial view.

Where Do We Come In?
Right in the centre of The Doughnut is a huge, secure garden exclusively for use by staff and visitors. The aim of the garden is to provide a space for inter-departmental collaboration.
