HOW YOUR ORDER TRAVELS
The delivery method depends on the feature.
A compact fountain and a large natural-stone or stainless-steel feature need very different handling. We select the service that best suits the size and weight of the product.
01 SMALLER WATER FEATURES
Smaller products are normally delivered directly to your door using DPD or another parcel courier. Where available, tracking includes an estimated delivery window and options such as a neighbour, safe place or alternative delivery day.
02 LARGE & HEAVY FEATURES
Substantial products are delivered using a specialist pallet courier. Pallet deliveries are kerbside only. The driver cannot move the feature into your garden or final position, so please arrange suitable help beforehand. If your property is on a narrow or restricted road, please inform us of this so we can arrange a smaller vehicle.
03 WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES
Inspect your order promptly and keep all packaging until you’re satisfied everything has arrived safely. Some large products arrive in protective wooden crates and may require a suitable pry bar or similar tool to open.
LARGE WATER FEATURES
Plan for the final few metres before delivery day.
Because specialist pallet deliveries are kerbside only, make sure you have suitable help and access arranged before the feature arrives. Large stone and steel products can be extremely heavy and may be delivered in protective wooden crates.
Water features should not be left outside in their packaging for extended periods. Where possible, move the product to a dry, secure location until installation.

What to expect before your order arrives.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE on orders over £50 to UK mainland addresses. Orders below £50 are charged £4.99. Additional charges may apply to islands, remote areas and certain specialist pallet deliveries. If this applies, we’ll contact you before dispatch.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 1–7 working days. Product-specific estimates are shown on individual product pages. Tracking and dispatch information is sent once your order leaves us.
How do pallet deliveries work?
The carrier will normally contact you to arrange delivery. Pallet deliveries are kerbside only. The driver is unable to install or position the water feature.
Do I need to be at home?
Parcel tracking may allow you to nominate a safe place, neighbour or another delivery day. Larger pallet deliveries normally require an agreed delivery date.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect the delivery as soon as possible and contact us promptly if anything appears damaged or incorrect. Keep the product and all packaging until we’ve advised you on the next step.
