Following the dispatch of your item you will receive an email confirming the dispatch which will contain a tracking number (when available) (please check your junk folder!)

If your tracking number does not begin with 'JDD' the we are unable to offer tracking information here or by telephone. If you have received an email to advise that the item has been dispatched, it will have been shipped out on a next working day delivery so should be with you the day after your email. If the item is of a high value or weighs more than 31.5kg then the item will have been dispatched on a 2-3 pallet day service & our courier will contact you to book in the delivery.
